Yes, you can cancel your order before it's dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation isn't possible, but you can request a return/exchange after delivery (with a video of you opening the box). Once your return is verified and approved, your refund is initiated to your original payment method — it may take 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
