Who we are
Pro Wheelz is a toy car storefront with its roots in Pukhrayan. This policy explains what information we collect when you shop with us and how we use it.

Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect the information you provide at checkout: your name, phone number, email address, and shipping address. We use this only to process and deliver your order, and to contact you about it if needed.

Payment information
All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see, collect, or store your card, UPI, or bank details on our own systems — that information goes directly to Razorpay.

Your shopping cart
Items you add to your cart are stored locally in your own browser (not on our servers) so your cart is remembered if you navigate around the site. This data stays on your device and is cleared once your order is placed or if you clear your browser data.

Do we share your information?
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill your order (for example, sharing your address with our courier partner for delivery).

Cookies and tracking
We do not currently use advertising or analytics tracking cookies on this site.
